Please take a moment to review the information provided by clicking on any of the menu tabs listed below. When you are ready to register, you can do so by clicking on the Registration Tab. Please also click on the Flight Tab when you are ready to book your flights. You must book your flight no later than January 31st, 2009 and register here no later than January 15. 2009 in order for us to ensure all your accommodation requests.
Prior to travel, and once you have completed your online flight and registration, you will receive a customized travel booklet that will provided specific itinerary details as well as other relevant travel and destination information.
